Kangiqsujuaq (Nunavik) In collaboration with local school, the community is hosting an intiation camp as a kick-off event to take advantage of Weakam Bay frozen ice ways and surrounding magnificent landscape.

Igaluit (Nunavut) Join the Kunoki Arctic Wind Riders to celebrate the coming of spring during the Toonik Tyme festival. Paraski Initiation & demonstration for all. Those who will have mastered the art of wind riding may register for a friendly race on Saturday. The festival also features Inuit traditional games, snowmobile and dogteam races, entertainment and community feasts.
